I'm going to go out on an enormously long limb here. I do think the lounge has been too serious and stupid as of late. For posting this image, i can easily see this thread being closed, and in all honesty I don't really care. Make the lounge cool again, people. No one really cares that you despise what political party X or member of religion Y is doing. That is all.

Anyway, the only things that I mind in the lounge are posters that bitch about how the world hates them and they have nothing, or really, posters that bitch about anything while knowing nothing about the subject.

I'm mostly okay with everything else that I've found in the lounge.

But then again, I'm not in charge. I suppose if I were, everything would be in disarray, and a coup d'état would have been staged.

Actually, I am going to close this; not because of the image, but because the Lounge is already filled with threads on this very topic at the moment.

Taking action to improve the lounge is all well and good, and you should be applauded for attempting to take some sort of action, but increasing the number of threads on a given topic when this would have been fine as a reply is hardly meeting that goal.

For the record, I still find that picture funny. [wink]
