Does anyone use the Processing language for their graphics? (http://processing.org/) I just stumbled upon it the other day when looking at some really nice applets showing fractals and cellular automata and such. I've been programming in Java for several years and am pretty comfortable with it, but hate programming graphics in it. It looks like Processing does all the graphics work for me. Is that true? Is it as powerful as java? Also, rather importantly, can it read straight Java files? Or import java libraries? Say I have a complicated program I wrote in java, and would like to display it using Processing. Is there an easy way to do it? Or should I not bother, and just stick with Java's native graphics?
