Php help

Hi there. We're currently trying to develop an online game, at www.thebizgame.net I'd like if possible for someone to pseudo-code, the most perfectly possible the following(php-mysql): 1) there are a series of companies you can choose from, at www.thebizgame.net/businessmenu/startnewcompany.php 2) it got to save the company you paid for to start in the city you are currently in 3) it got to decrease the money 4) it got to check if you have money, cause you can´t go to negatives 5) it got to be added to the www.thebizgame.net/businessmenu/mycompany.php list this is the most important for now. then there's a more complicated part, but if you want to try that one too.. 6) each company is worth x number of shares which are worth 100% of the company. 7) shares can be bought and sold, if their owners put them for sale 8) player with the highest number of shares, owns the company Anyone who might want to help programming this, or programming for the game, that would really be awesome, since we need plenty php-mysql programming.
