Hi guys, I'm making a small game and I made a video that I would like to play when the application begins ... I read the NeHe tutorial but it's oriented to the Win32 and I need it to work with GLUT (on windows, so the linux port also on the nehe tutorial does not work). Is there an easy way to do this? I read something about the MPlayer ... is it any good, is there a good place/tutorial where I can learn how to do what I want? I also tried to make the code in the Nehe tutorial work on glut but there are several lines I don't know how to make them work on GLUT specially:

// Convert Data To Requested Bitmap Format
	DrawDibDraw (hdd, hdc, 0, 0, 256, 256, lpbi, pdata, 0, 0, width, height, 0);

well I hope some of you can help me out!! Thanks a lot in advance

If I had to play video I would use the SDL library ( cf. http://www.libsdl.org/index.php ) which is multi-platform.
