Where can I find some DX wrapper's? Not OpenGL, but DirectX. A whole list of them would be even better. Thanks a lot.

You might want to try google for "DirectX Wrappers".

The first one on the list when I just tried it was : http://www.codeproject.com/directx/dxsmith.asp

It looks pretty old but might be what you are looking for. If not for use then for working out how to code your own wrapper.
