I would like to see a introduction to raytracing tutorial made on GameDev. It seems to be a fairly interesting subject. Yet there is very little resources in form of tutorials online about the subject.

It's okay, but its not very thorough and its not on GameDev. Also if that's the only one you can provide I stand by what about there being very few resources in the form of tutorials on the subject.

It is an interesting topic, but except for certain limited applications it isn't currently a useful topic for game development.

What exactly are you looking for? A quick Google turns up plenty of good introductory resources that describe the concept in general, and touch on some of the more interesting developments in the field, many of which provide good keywords for additional searches (acceleration structures, global illumination, light transport models, etc. etc.).

Not looking for much actually I just thought it was an interesting subject and might be worth exploring. I suppose your right though it doesn't exactly apply to game development, unless you’re talking about making your own rendering software for cinematic or when hardware advances enough real-time raytracing.
