Has anyone else ante'd up the $25 to download the full game yet? I'm fairly impressed with the demo but not sure I want to part with that much cash at this point. Its a very impressive puzzle/rpg, though, and there aren't too many sci fi rpg's that i have played and enjoyed.

You should buy it just to support the Moonpod guys -- they support GDNet+ and post here with new diary entries as new technology arises.

Their previous game, Starscape, is also really cool, and you should try it out if you like space, rocks, or shooting things.

You can buy it on top of your Mr. Robot order for like an extra ten bucks, I think.

Hmm, thought this looked familiar..not even had the curtesy to change the plotline much ;)

Mind you if you're going to do a 'clone' no one better than 'Ultimate. Play the Game' (now Rare), sadly i'm somewhat bitter as I wanted to do this ;(

Have to say it looks georgous. I might have to seriously look into starting my own isometric 3D game thats been in my mind ever since playing Alien 8 on my spectrum 48k. Then again I think that 'Atic Atac' is prime for an update into proper 3D, that was something I actually did start on a few years ago.

Its funny I've seen 'Ultimate's' first game 'JetPac' cloned recently as a browser game on one of Dell's sites and I beleive they are remaking it for the Xbox360. Perhaps its time the old classics made a come back. Its nice to isometric games in the form of MrRobot/Alien8 appear to still be viable.

edit
Ok i've played the demo and watched the video, good little game, very tempting to buy it actually. Controls are a bit naff though, seems like there is far too much momentum put on your robot, which I found counter intuitive. The constant stream of information from Hel and other robots is a bit much, but I enjoyed the mini-hack game, thats a nice addition.

The real bummer is that so much of this game represents the ideas I had for my own Alien 8 inspired game. Sort of put a dampener on developing the idea any further, although I think there is still one unique gameplay element i've got, far too much will play and look similar.

Both those games look really good, I probably would have bought them.

But alas, I can't. They seem to have broken one of the first rules of indie games: they didn't make their games cross-platform :( Honestly people, cross-platform support is so easy these days!
