Now I will explain to you about our company. Our company name is GS Universal. We do not have a building yet considering we are going to be a virtual company till we get anafe fundings to buy a building. It will most likely be located in The United States Of America or Canada. This business was started on Friday,June 29th,2007. The company doesn’t have a lot of business backround yet. Some of the staff members on our team used to be in a gaming company project but some were kicked out for no reason. The Founder and Co-Founder have tons of expierence in this profession they have helped make games before and have lead projects in other companys. The CEO and VP are also very expierenced they have ran many successful projects and have helped many companys start up and become successful. Thanks for reading the business overview now we will be moving on to the explanation of personal goals for the Founder and Co-Founder and goals for the company. Personal Goals Now I am going to explain to you some personal goals for me and this company. I define personal success as succeeding in what you always wanted to do say you’re a concept artist and you always wanted to draw that pony or that mountain and you finally did that’s what personal success to me. Living a happy life doing what you always wanted to do and having fun with it that’s what personal success truly is. I decided to start this business because I have a passion for games when I was younger I used to play gun games and all these games that were the best I have ever played heck I still paly them now! I hope this company this company succeeds in every way possible. I hope hope our game is a big hit all over the world and everyone loves it. We hope we succeed finicially too I hope we all get to retire in a nice vacation home somewhere in the world and have all the dreams we wanted to do but couldn’t because we were so busy! We hope we can give all our staff members the best equiptment (Computers,software,etc) so everyone can enjoy it including the staff members when they are playing the game. Thank You Now To Business Vision Business Vision In this chapter of the plan I will explain to you the vision of our company what we want to succeed in what we want to do. We are not just a company looking to make some profit off a game. We want to change peoples lives change there adventure in game something they have never seen before. We want there adventure in our game to be the best adventure they have ever had in there gaming expierence. We want all the customers we get on the first time they log in saying “Wow! This game is going to be so fun!” We want them to have the time of there lives and play with all there friends and succeed to become a part of the game. Become a smither or a craftsmen help evolve the game. Make it better its up to the players on how the game ends up. They choose if they take the evil path or the good path. They choose if they are ready to change there online expierence or not. They all have the right to choose what to do in this game were not forcing them they get to choose. I have no concerns about this company I know it will be a success all we have to do is do the right things to make it a success. We have to choose the right paths and we can succeed in this company. Thank you and now we will be moving on to the Business Objectives. Business Objectives At GS Universal we have many Objectives that we are hoping that we will succeed. In the first 3-12 Months we are hoping to gain a lot of fundings and more staff members and get a good progession on the project. I am hoping to finish the concept art and the models of the races and some of the creatures. I am hoping to finish most of the weapon concept art and hopefully most of the 3d models. We have many objectives for the first 3-12 months but those are only some. We also looking to gain some investors that are hopefully very interested in this project anafe to keep the basic fundings. We are using some of our money to pay the staff members every now and then for all the hard work they are doing and helping us succeed in this project helping everyone succeed in this project. We reward them with money and helping them with any computer problems that they may have. Product Overview Now I am going to explain to about the Product Overview of our company. We are hoping to sell our game in all of the popular gaming stores (EB Games,Walmart,etc) so we can become a big hit we will sell our game online and at stores. We will also be making clothing,trading cards and books for the game. We will probably price the game around 25$ and the subscription will be around 14$ US. We are pricing the game and subscription at this because we think world of warcraft for 20$ a month is too high and 10$ is way to low bad for the company but good for the customers. A lot of people tend to go into games because they like it but because of the price too. We want to price it in the middle so all ranges of people come. We want everyone to enjoy the expierence but at a low price. We think people should not have to pay at all but then how would we keep our company running? So we will provide a subscription for only 13.99$ a month and the game for 20$.
