Hi, I need to know what are the tools needed for making emulated Gameboy ROMs! Does anyone know?? I''m trying to develop a small side-scroller ROM for the GameBoy Classic. Help me! Thank you Gabriel Stuart Games are real fun to play, and even funner to make! Join us!

how can you be making it if you dont have to tools to make it? (i guess you could be to doing the logic code and such right now though).
