Hmm, I like the lettering from the first one, and the subtitle works well from the second one. Maybe try adding a subtitle to the first?
Also, with the subtitle, maybe don't have the 'X' in the subtitle, and make the big 'X' even bigger so it does for both at once?

well, i plan to redo this, but im going to use the newer second design, because i want my 'Z' to cut across the bottom.

I am not sure why photoshop is messing up my emboss? i mean i dont know why it screws up?

I think that the first design was nice font and the second one didnt really do it for me, but i think the trird one is nice and crisp and it stands out nice
