I just got fired . I have no job and no money to pay rent . My main car just broke down , my second car has expired inspection tags , my cable ( internet connection ) is not working , and my cell phone just got disconnected what else , oh yah I just got a traffic ticket for driving with my fog lights on . Most people would think Im having a bad day , but for me , its Tuesday .
I was influenced by the Ghetto you ruined.

About the vehicle inspection thing, you could just move north a state and not have to worry about that.

Dont want to start a pissing contest here, but I''m going through CHEMOTHERAPY right now.

Besides being faced with the fact that I might die soon because of some cancer that has no known cause, I vomitted 6 six times on thursday, 10 times on friday, and just when I was feeling better, I lose it twice today. If I vomit to much, I''ll get dehydrated and have to go to the hospital for fluids and anti-nauseants, but I vomit at the hospital because of mental conditioning, making it all that much more worse.

Everything tastes like paper.

I don''t know if I slept on Monday night. Probably not going to sleep much tonight either (thats why I''m on right now)

I had to quit my job at a Fortune 500 company (#479) ( I was only leaving a week early though)

I can''t go out much at all. Because of having a weakened immune system, there will only be about a week where I will be able to go anywhere or see anyone.

For the past few days I have been so dizzy I can''t look at a TV much less a computer. Somehow I have to study for an exam, but its hard when you can''t focus on written word.

One of the side effects of the anti-nauseants: My jaw starts to lock up. Then my whole head starts twitching to the left, until it is stuck there. It takes an hour for it to calm down. It is still sore today.

The whole process might leave me sterile.

Tomorrow I get to see the doctor again to get a note saying that I''ll be missing school for a semester, hence not graduating with any of my friends, because of all this wonderful stuff.

Sorry to hear about the job though.

Big B, I hate to say this because it sounds callous, but that post of yours was unnecessary. The fact that you are having serious problems does not rationalize making light of someone else''s. If your situation is worse, does that mean HoodRat should just accept it and pretend nothing''s wrong? Let me put it another way. If I described for you a situation far worse than what you are going through, would it make you feel any better? Didn''t think so. Give the guy a break, all right?

I''m just saying that there are problems much worse than losing your job. It just upsets me when people make small problems seem like life and death when they arent. Hoodrat shouldn''t pretend nothings wrong, but accept his job loss and continue on with his life, ie find another job. Judging from previous posts he has made, it shouldn''t be too hard for him.

I don''t know if anyone saw this, but MuchMusic had a show called "Musicians in the Warzone". I wouldn''t trade my position for any of the people they interviewed there. Right now my life isn''t great, but at least my refugee camp hasn''t been burned down (burma) or my apendages amputated by my countrymen (sierra leonne). I know a lot of people have it much worse than me.

Plus the medication makes me moody. And besides, I thought the lounge was the place for unnecessary posts Just look at nes8bits last 2.

Just stay clear of Ottawa for a little while. Nortel just gave the big heave-ho to 3000 people recently.

Thanks for the support guys . I wasnt whinning or anything its just that I needed to let it out , and since you guys are my only friends , well......... N-way Im doing much better now , I havent been job hunting yet I have basically been coding . (it has a soothing effect on my soul ) . I am trying to make a bunch of small games that will fill up a cd. So far I have two which translate to 10 mb( seems a bit slow , but thats coz Im doing all the graphics , coding , music from scratch) . Im sorry about your plight Big B , but like a wise man once said ...

My lifes pretty damn dandy at the moment. Although i could go a decent job with great pay and security but hey. I''m keeping my weight down too which is good. Once i passed 28 all that junk food started to catch up.
