Hi .. (warning, poor english below ) I''m workin on a Afx for OpenGL-App''s: Fully Implemented: - Auto-Init & Create nearly everything needed to run OpenGL under W32. - Timing i.e. Fps-Managment, TimeScale, ... - Input: Mouse, Keyboard(vkey/char), Pad, Stick, .. - ObjectClass for every possible Type of 3D-Object i.e. arbitrary numbers of points, faces, normals, Materials, Textures, ... SelectID-Support via Select/NameBuffer so any Object can interact with MouseMoves/Clicks - ObjectHandling: moving, rotating (world/object-axis) Simple ObjectManagment (Just set an ObjectState to visible/aktive) an leave it to the Renderer. - Camera (of course) assignable to any Object. i.e. Create an Object, define an move/speed/rotate-pattern and assign to the Object, assign light''s, ... At least attach an Camera to that Object, activate it and move/rotate it around by mouse/keys... - Various Mfc-like Classes (ported from the official SourceCode, >75% modified and refined to avoid copyright problems) - Classes for many Textur/Picture/Model Formats - Different Types of EngineClasses: HeightMap/Terrain, Sky/SpaceBox, Dungeon/Building, Particle, Menu, ... Wide LOD-Support. Any additional Ideas ? I''m workin on some more Model/Picture-Classes, Collision, Shadow, Mirror a.s.o. As soon as this Project has reached (my kind of) Beta-State, I''ll post the Source/VC6.0 WorkSpace... ...and hopefully find some C++Skilled People who can optimize and expand some Parts. Sounds cool! Audio? Yes, sound output would be nice, and better than one sound at a time playback. Otherwise, looks great!!
