Empty classroom

Well, my class started twenty minutes ago and there still are no students here. I guess they didn't want to know about Red-Black trees. I will probably wait ten more minutes (so that I'll stay here for 25% of the course length). Feh, I'm still getting paid, even if they don't come. I'll probably have to report them, though.

Is there an exam on the course you're giving? If so, ask extra questions about RedBlack trees and esp. material you could have mentioned in the classroom.

Are you sure you're in the right room? Because I had a series of lectures where the professor showed up to the wrong campus.

Have a question where you have to do full insertions on redblack as well as deletions :) I hated doing that by hand...

I find it hard to believe that at least one CS student wouldn't show up for a class. My CS classes always had the highest attendance of any of them.

The same thing happened to me once. I taught a particular tutorial that only four people turned up to for the first class - it turned out there was timetabling error and this particular tutorial was scheduled at the same time as a lecture nearly everyone was taking. I lost a student every week until it reached zero.
