port Lesson 48 to C#

Can anybody port the lesson 48 in Nehe website to C#, using CsGL ? In the Nehe website, there are just some lessons coded in C#. The lesson 48 is about rotate onject by mouse. This is difficult to convert the C++ code to C# using CsGL.
