hey guys, i decided to build a new computer. Now im figuring out which stuff i need and came up with this list, what do you guys think about it: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- processor-fan: Arctic-Cooling Freezer 7 Pro graphic-card: Asus EN8600GT MAGIC/HTP/512M CPU: Intel® Core 2 Duo E8400 (FC-LGA4, "Wolfdale") Power-Adapter: Chieftec CFT-560A-12C (2x PCIe, Kabel-Management, Deluxe Ed., Schwarz) Midi-Tower: Sharkoon Rebel9 Economy-Edition (Schwarz) Case-Cooler: Arctic-Cooling AF12025 Fan L Box (3-Pin Anschluss) Mainboard: Asus P5KC (Sound, G-LAN, FW, SATA II) Hard-disk: Western Digital WD1600YS 160 GB (Retail, WD1600YS) RAM: MDT DIMM 2 GB DDR2-800 Kit DVD-Drive: LG GDR-H20NBLK (Bulk, 2fach DVD-RAM lesen, Blende in Schwarz) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- any suggestions what should be replaced or could interface with each other? This is not really an announcement as much as it is a question, so perhaps it belongs in one of the other forums instead?
Other than that, if you are looking at overclocking that thing, you might want a better cooler and 1066 RAM. Perhaps you should also wait for the new graphics generation to settle, so the 8x00 prices will drop further.
