Greetings, I am a self taught C/Cpp Programmer. I know many other languages but specialize and prefer C & Cpp. I would like to assist in some projects that are going on in the world today. My goal is to gain a little more real world experience and start getting my name out there as the great programmer I hope to be. If you have any projects that you need help / guidance on please feel free to drop a line.

Just here to give some constructive advice as a programmer. Your post is concise, and that is good, but not when a small bit about yourself is only included.

Instead of just saying that you know other languages, it would be great to actually know them. And if you could provide how many years you have been doing each, then that would be great too. Another thing that is worth listing would be what libraries you have experience with, such as SDL. And any screenshots you have at all, even pre-development shots, of previous work would be awesome. C/C++ programmers are a dime-a-dozen, so what seperates you from the rest?

I hope that you consider some of this advice. It would definitely improve your appeal.
