I know it's possible to program for the Sega Dreamcast on a PC (I've seen it done before), but I want to know how. What software do I need, etc? Thank you for your time.

I wrote an article on my professor's website that explains how to get started. You can find it here, but it is still very rough. I plan on polishing it when I find the time, although it may be a few weeks. Once you read it, will you let me know how helpful it was?

EDIT: Looks like you want to set up development with Windows. I would suggest downloading Fackue's development package. I haven't done much work on Windows, so it's beyond the scope of my expertise. However, I would ask the people of dcemulation.org for help when you run into snags. One point I'd like to add is that there are several tools that have been made specifically for Windows. You can find those here.

Thank you! I just pulled up the links and I'll read your article right now!
