My name is Charles Hengesbach 'Chaz'. I am currently a student at International Academy of Design & Technology located in Troy, MI, studying video game design. I will be taking a capstone class for school this fall and am looking for a programming mentor to oversee my capstone project for 11 weeks. I will be blogging every step of my progress on the capstone project at blog.chazh.com. If you are worried about time, I would say no more than 2 hours a week. A majority of the mentor's time would go to providing feedback on the project. During the first week the mentor and I will create 5 goals that we want to address within the 11 weeks. During midterms and finals the mentor will fill out a project evaluation. Also at the end of the 11 weeks the mentor and I will review the goals and discuss the experience of the project. I am trying to make this as simple as possible for the mentor. Everything could be done through email, the files will be shared using a subversion repository and if the mentor has access to an Xbox 360 I will give them access to my XNA creator's club account so they can download the project onto their Xbox 360. I already have an idea for the project. If you are interested or have any questions, please let me know, I need to get started on the paper work and turned in soon.. Thank you for your time.
Thank you,
Chaz
