High Level Summary We have an online game with a virtual economy and one of the items we sell to users are hats. We are looking for 2-3 artists who can crank out nice-looking 3d models to use for this purpose. We are offering $20 per hat. If your stuff is good you could probably sell us several hundred dollars worth of hats over the next couple of months. Example ROBLOX Hats Here's a good one that exemplifies the style/quality/polish level we are looking for: 
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Limit of < 1000 faces per mesh * Meshes must be "water tight" - otherwise our stencil shadows get hosed * Meshes have one material and one set of texture coords * VERY IMPORTANT: You must be able to supply the finished product as a .max file that will open in 3DS Max 8 and NOT require any futzing with importers on my part. No reversed normals, no missing modifiers, no missing materials, etc. This has been an issue in the past. You can author the mesh in whatever tools you like, but you do the conversion or its not done. If you're interested, send me an email and I can send you a list of the hats we need. If possible, please supply a link to past work which will help me decide who to go with in the event that I receive too many replies.
