Ok, so I'm searching for the .libs for Visual C++ 2008 Express. I've been to opengl.org and searched for hours and found nothing. Google keeps leading me to sites that say that msvc++ comes with them, but I don't have them. Where can I download the latest version? Oh, I'm using Vista and Xp. Denis.

Once you have the Platform SDK properly installed from microsoft, you should merely need to add opengl32.lib and glu32.lib to your additional dependencies in your project properties.

Visual Studios 2005 needs the Platform SDK installed manually, IIRC, but 2008 comes with it.

Visual C++ 2008 Express does not need to install Platform SDK manually. It comes with bundlet lite version of PSDK that definitely includes OpenGL libraries (opengl32.lib and glu32.lib files).

Look into C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\6.0A\Lib folder.

Hi, Thanks, I found it. It's funny that vista didn't find it when I did a search for it.

There's an option (at least in XP), that the file-search skips unknown/system/etc files. Kinda like it only lets you find your .doc and .mp3 files.... It's fixable.
