I did something like that few years ago, but it was mostly writing a common piece of code then a netscape plugin and an activex component that uses the common piece of code...

Wait - you have to use DirectX in a web based app? The only way I could imagine that being done is with a lot of hackish type things. Do you mean ActiveX?

Who is asking you to do this?

You might consider working with something like InstantAction or use Flash/ActionScript.

yes i have to make my c++/directX based game web enabled...I have been assigned this project and i have to do it somehow.....
If u know anything about activeX...do let me know...
One thing i wanted to clarify...would the normal code be used for activeX control...i.e can i continue my normal coding in directX and later use it with some ActiveX control....I really want to know it...
plzzzzz help
