I need a fast way to bind a C/C++ library to python? Any ideas? The library is the LZMA SDK if you wonder.(I only found bindings for 4.42 and I want the latest) Easiest would be just to run some scripts to generate the C/C++ code for the bindings. (it would be nice to run it on windows/linux/OSX)

Have you already considered SWIG? Boost.Python?

Why don't you just download the source code for pylzma and recompile with the latest version of the SDK? Unless they've added/changed APIs, that should work without modification.
