Just for the sake of clarity, are any of your examples accompanied by design documents? How complete are they? The main skill that you need to show is not the creation of ideas, but the implementation. In addition to this, some examples of your organizational and communicative skills would also be to your benefit. These things don't have to be directly connected to anything video game-related, but rather show us your skills in a general sense.

Other bits of information that people might be interested in, would be in such topic areas as your grasp of mathematics, English composition, literature, and so forth. Knowing these things would help others realize what right you have to judge the quality of different game aspects. Something that might add to this, is the amount of time that you are able to dedicate to the project, to be able to cover a multitude of tasks, or communicate with team members in multiple time zones.

To put it quite frankly, we need to know a lot more up front, before any of us would consider contacting you.

Thanks for your response it is helping me alot. Unfortunatly I dont want to release my game concepts to everyone fully as some of them I may plan on developing in the future. I had design sheets for 2 of the concepts but due to problems with my laptop one of them was lost. The third concept is fairley fresh and i havent got round to writing a design sheet yet.

I have also added a communication section to show how I would communicate with a team. At the moment due to my age I do not have many qualifications to show you but I did add my ECDL(Europeon.Computer.Driving.License) in my Qualifications section.

Once again thanks for your advice !

The fact that you're pursuing this at 15 gives you a good step forward. If I had started researching and designing when I was that old, I might have a completed project by now! (=

I'd like to share a little about what I've learned in my past few years of researching about designing games, and what I've seen people project to others while trying to recruit teams. Please note that none of these are pointed at you specifically, just general observations.

First, playing a lot of games does not make you a good game designer. Just because you play them for 16 hours a day, 8 days a week, does not imbue you with the power to generate even the simplest, lowest quality of game. I've driven a lot of cars. That doesn't mean I could build one, or the roads they need to be driven on. While game designers need to play games to experience new ideas, it's relatively small part of the requirements.

There are NO Million dollar ideas. There ARE million dollar IMPLEMENTATIONS of those ideas. This ties into the first point. Having the skills to actually make the game are what is important. I've had ideas for flying cars that serve me cake and give me massage while they travel at the speed of light! Doesn't mean I could actually make that happen. Also, many of the ideas I've had that I thought "Damn that's AWESOME! No one's done that before!!" Two weeks later I see it in a video game, or a post on this or other sites, or find out it was in a game that came out in 1987.

As a designer you need to be familiar with all the aspects of game design, programming, art, music, etc. This is what I've been working on. Learning the basics of 3d Modeling, programming, Photoshop, music, etc. Definitely though time is on your side, and still being in school you can take classes that will help accompany your pursuits.
