Hello, i'am releasing my dream to this forum and i was wondering if it is at all possible and if it is how hard is it and how can i do it? So anyways here it goes: I wanted to become a video game programmer for a Japanese company even though i'am an american; i.e SquareEnix, Capcom, Sega etc... Thanks in advanced! :D

You do know all of those have American websites with links at the bottom that say "Careers" right?

If you mean move to Japan, well, you have a long(er) way ahead of you if you have to ask how.

I suppose the obvious question here is how's your japanese? I'm going to go ahead and assume you intend on moving over there, yes? While I haven't attempted to learn the language myself, a friend of mine mentioned that it's very hard to master.

Take it from guys who actually work there. It doesn't seem like a lot of fun.
