What is the best environment to experiment with C++0x features? I tried MinGW with 4.3.3-tdm-1, and the most simple example works:

static_assert(false, "It works!");
but as soon as I #include , I get strange error messages:

In file included from c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/bits/postypes.h:47,
                 from c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/iosfwd:47,
                 from c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/ios:44,
                 from c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/ostream:45,
                 from c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/iostream:45,
                 from kalah.cpp:1:
c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/cwchar:164: error: '::swprintf' has not been declared
c:\programme\mingw\bin\../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.3.3/include/c++/cwchar:171: error: '::vswprintf' has not been declared
Note that these error messages only pop up with the -std=c++0x compiler switch. Has anyone experienced and solved the same issue? If I install the latest Ubuntu, will I have C++0x support out of the box?

The latest ubuntu comes with g++ 4.3, so yes you will have c++0x support.
