Any other web developers out there get a plethora of &#106avascript errors on GameDev.net? Basically I have &#106avascript debugging on for the browser (IE7) since that's what my job calls for, but this means I have to be very careful about where my mouse goes. Highlight the menus -> &#106avascript error. Look at the photos of the GDC -> &#106avascript errors. Just wondering if this is peculiar to my setup, or others get it to. Thanks, Steele.

If possible to upgrade, IE 8's debugger is much much better than IE 7's popup windows (it even reports errors in the correct file and on the right line number). You need to switch it on by clicking a "Start Debugging" button in the integrated developer tools, so you can browse the web with it disabled normally and quickly switch it on when you need to work.

If IE 7 compatibility is a worry, the developer tool also lets you quickly switch between rendering engines (IE 7 and IE 8) and standards/quirks mode.
