does anyone know how to detect if an Intel mobile processor contains the Intel SpeedStep technology. I''m pretty sure you need to use the CPUID instruction and some undocumented hardware registers. Any factual response would be greatly appreciated. NOTE: I have already checked the Intel processor manuals, and I have already contacted the Intel developer e-mail, which I am waiting for a reply from them. But, if anyone knows, please respond. Thanx.
