i know thier are AI SDKs that are written in C++ but are they any that are written in C. no C++ and not C# just stright up ANSI C. if possible to have a SDK in C99 or C1X that will be great thank you.
What do you mean my SDK? Which ones did you find for C++? Can't you wrap them in a C layer?

You'll be lucky to find anything frankly...

I would have thought that the engine/tools would have been written in C (probably a while ago) and then someone then added a C++ (with classes and stuff) as a library interface (and then maybe and SDK for that library).

The problem usually is that there are so many different components/processing
flavors to pick from, so that even a fraction of them in a 'library' would be a big project which also would have limited number of potential users.

Making those flavors 'play nicely' in a comprehensive library (and SDK which you would hope have tools and lots of ssample programs) is a tall order.

Didnt IBM have some project that was doing that (last I saw it 5+ years ago).
I dont recall what language the project was using.
