salary rates are pending on what you can get done for me.

How about a bit more information. Such as:

projects (ie what would the new bright eyed programmer be doing? )
Where are you located?
Pay scales.
Company history if any.
etc.

Might get a few more interested parties that way.

Sorry to say alamar i said you will get paid it just pends on what for i''am not going to pay you 300.00 for a line of code ya know...
