Is there any tool that convert GIF files to side by side keyframes single file? Like this one smok_czarny.png

I cannot actually recall, but I think you can read gif as tileset in Game Maker (even the free version) and then save as png (as a tile)?

I don't have the time, maybe you want to download game maker and give it a try. just use image import, and they try saving the resulting tile.
