Ill try keep this short because Id rather serious people contact me. You can PM or email me ashley.canning@gmail.com for further enquiries but basically we have two spots for programmers open, there is a catch however.
We are an established company, we have been developing projects for just over 1 year, our spots are paid but very minimal pay based on the companies income, which is why you would be coming in as a developer and a company director with a specific company role, alongside this you would also receive an equity share in the company itself and have a chance to be involved in making some larger company decisions.
We are looking for dedicated talented people with experience in programming preferably degree level as we can train with the specific engine we use a great portfolio is also a plus :), we also need people skills and of course and a great technical mind, someone we can get on with :) we are based in the North East (UK) so you must be either willing to relocate or already live in the area and be willing to commute, of course this is more difficult with the limited pay structure.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone dedicated, wanting to make games for a living and have a chance at owning a piece of their own company!
