I'm not interested in joining (got my hands full with my own projects). I just wanted to say: I really like the landscape art!

Thanks for the feedback, though At the moment we've just had problems finding programmers who stick around to write even one line of code.

Also Forgot to mention that we do have a contract too.

Would you mind sharing what sort of things the contract entails? I think that a lot of potential developers might feel wary of signing on to a team with a mystery contract that could be just about anything. They would of course see it after contacting you, but you might find more interest if you give a heads up before hand.

Sure, well you'll see the contract before signing.
But this is pretty much what it states:

All IP created for the team belongs to the team.

Says that Compensation will be split between all members of the team. by a percentage split. Which is determined by the amount of people.

Employment is terminable at will, it says why and how it can be terminated such as poor worth ethic, not being around, not doing your job well, or not working well it others. Should the contract be terminated then all compensation ceases.

Work ethic, you agree to do you work as well as you can and agree to follow those who are in charge.

I also have an NDA in it but its mainly for further protection.

The contract I would say is pretty much needed cause it protects the team and the project.

I can see you have 2 artists but what isn't clear is whether you plan to create a 2D or 3D game.

We can chat further via PM if you like? I can program C++ but time is limited between work, studies and other commitments.

Its a 2D side scrolling platform game, much like contra or metal slug. Shouldn't put that in the first post.
