I'm using XNA 3.0 C# in VS 2008.

I've created a XNA game (not complete yet) and I want to create its setup.
I've added a new Setup project. It detects only .Net framework in dependencies, not XNA.
I saw an option 'Add Assembly'. There I mentioned the dll files which I have used in my project.
Will the game run on a PC not having .Net and XNA?
Will it extract the required dll files to their required locations (I think "c:\windows\system32\")?
Or shall I have to include the XNA 3.0 setup in my game setup to run it?

I also came across an option 'Prerequisites' which asks for the required software setups to run the game. I mentioned there what is required (windows installer, .net framework and XNA).

Now is it necessary to mention the software setups required when I've mentioned the Assemblies?

How to make my game setup run the game in every PC.

There's a "Publish" option for XNA projects, and that auto-creates an installer that installs all your content and prerequisites (including the XNA Framework Redist).

That 'publish' option creates *.application (Application Manifest) file which extracts itself and runs the project.
What kind of files is this? If we can have such files, then why do we create setups?

Can't we have a setup (a single file) which extracts the project with prerequisites?
Or shall I include all these files (application manifest and other files) into another setup project?
