Yup, that's a damn good landscape. I'd like to get into your head and see how you did it. ;)

Thanks Mariachi. It's actually made with Vue 8, and touched up some with Photoline. Vue is a really useful tool. But just make sure if your going to invest in it, that you can use the images in commercial products (not legal with their cheapest version). Checked out your link. Really good stuff you got there

I'm making a console-style rpg (2d) using an art style similar to castlevania Symphony of the Night, is that something you can perform character-animation-wise?
The fact you were there before they invented the wheel doesn't make you any better than the wheel nor does it entitle you to claim property over the wheel. Being there at the right time just isn't enough, you need to take part into it.

I have a blog!

No, sorry. Don't think I'm qualified to take an job like that. My pixel art skills are limited, so guess I should start training

But I came over an artists thread over at YA: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=98883

Do not know him, but looks like an good candidate for the job you're describing.

Just wanted to say that mechanical bat thing (second image from the top of the post) looks wicked. Is it supposed to be a far-off large craft or a small robot directly in front of you?

@Black Sun: Thank you

@GHMP: Its directly in front of you. Maybe its the lack of perspective thats doing this. Its meant to someday (personal project) become an 2D game. To this is just something I've used as an temp start screen.
