I would like programmer feedback or feedback from people who have an interest in game design.

To learn to make a great game, I'm creating lots of fuddily experiments. I'm open to any ideas. The first prototype is some kind of poking game. I need to come up with a set of spherical objects to do collision detection on. Maybe sheep in a pen? Dunno

I'm writing a game prototype a week.

Requirements? I'm doing everything in javascript and html - no Flash or Java ( or even for this 1st prototype).

Watch the progress of the 1st here prototype ( to be succeeded after this Saturday ): http://cedarrapidscl.../tyler/messing/

This one is about me learning basic collision detection and the physics of jumping and gravity.

Play my first ever completed game (a tetris clone I did last summer) here: http://cedarrapidscl.../js/tetrominoes

This sounds to me like a great way to go about things, and I wish you the best of luck with your project.

FYI - your second link ( tetrominoes? ) - I get just "WASD" instructions, a music icon? and "Error On Page."
Please don't PM me with questions. Post them in the forums for everyone's benefit, and I can embarrass myself publicly. You don't forget how to play when you grow old; you grow old when you forget how to play.
