hello.
I am studying the patterns in C + + and I have the following picture: What do the arrows with the point? There is a guide or a basic tutorial for UML or is it better to use a book?

The arrows with solid points are associations. In this instance it is saying that TextView is the text for TextShape. Don't worry about getting a book on UML, just look up what the stuff means. Not sure what the little filled circle signifies after the one, though.

And in case you didn't know, the larger point from Line and Textshape pointing at Shape is implements/inherits.

It's usually more helpful if the diagram has an accompanying sentence or two of text explaining the relationships.

Don't get caught up with uml if you learning programming... UML is just a way of showing relationship and flow from one interface to another. UML isn't even specific to programming. you can use it to design business models and so forth as well.
