I'm 15(16 in January) and I've been in the game industry as a volunteer game developer. I was thinking about stepping up to be paid? Do you even think that someone could put their trust in a 15 year old?!? Is it even possible for my age to work? Advice is well appreciated.
Thanks, Tyree Mitchell
I'm 15 but...
Tyree,
I'm assuming you are in the United States, where US child labor laws would apply. Also, without a degree, and only a limited resume/portfolio, the likelihood of your getting hired are fairly low. You didn't mention what city you live in, either. You'd have to live within daily commuting distance of a game company.
Why don't you take a look at this forum's FAQs? Lots of answers in there... Just scroll up and click, then click some more and read.
Good luck.
