This idea is kinda like physics.

Its a game about solving puzzles by
using a robot's vacuum to suck atoms/ molecules of an element that
affect the timings of a different one. For example the robot sucks
fire getting only an atoms and shoots it at the rope, it'll begin to
smoke and then the rope cuts off. But if sucking fire with molecules
in it and shooting it at will increase the timing for the rope to
cut. Another example is you absorb one water drop and shoot it on a
cloud, it starts to form very slowly to give rain but when absorbing
molecules of water and shooting it at the cloud, it increases the
speed of the timing to get rain. What I'm saying is that this project
game of mine requires timing skills to solve levels. You can also
swap the atoms of one object and place it to another object. For
example, you can suck the molecules of a laser and use that to charge
a battery. The only things you can do are sucking atoms/molecules and
picking objects.

For one -- re-edit your code. It looks horrible.

Two -- fire doesn't have atoms, as far as I can tell. Neither does a laser have molecules. But I suck at physics, I might be wrong.

The mechanic itself... Well, I'm sure I heard something similar somewhere before. "From Dust" but with a robot?

It sounds like a point and click adventure/puzzle game with some other elements involved. It's not really "physics" maybe more chemistry than anything. To be honest it has more in common with classical elements. Is that a bad thing? No not really, but it shows that more time and effort needs to be put into the game idea as a whole.
I feel like I've read this somewhere before.... oh, right. over on VGChat guess that copy/pasting explains why all your posts come out formatted really poorly.

Fire would have atoms, insomuch as fire is a thing at all. What we see as fire is just the glowing of hot gases, so that makes sense. The gas would eventually cool if you remove it from the heat source however.

Lasers indeed don't have molecules, just photons. Doesn't make much sense to be able to vacuum them at all, let alone charge a battery with them. Maybe you could vacuum the electrons out of lightning, and use them to charge a battery.
