[Question] DirectX Cel Shading

Hello guy,
I'm new to shader programming so I have troubles in implenting cel shading to my game.
I don´t know what I have to do to let my game look like cartoon like.
Would be nice if someone could help me!

I don't mean to be rude, but you didn't google this question did you

but anyway, Nehe has a lesson for cell shading in opengl, which would at least give you an idea of how its done. I searched this topics name in google and came up with this:

Of course, I was on this page yesterday, I also downloaded the source code but I don´t know what i have to assign to my game.
And also where.
