I want to start a non-profit site/organization which produces open source tools and software to help in the creation of independent video games, helps independent developers form and organize projects, and helps developers distribute their products through an online store in which the developers receive 100% profit. Also I would like the community to govern this organization through a meta government. The question is would this be a legal non-profit organization?
