Is there any guides for adapting Python 3 to Bukkit ( Minecraft server software ), and Minecraft ?

I have been searching around, but nothing has popped up.

No. You'd have to build a python interface in Java using Jython, which is a java-based python interpreter, which in turn begs the question: Why not just use Java in the first place?
