anyone know of a good seamless rock wall texture i can use for a commercial game? i'm willing to pay a few bucks.

In that case, if you're really willing to pay, look on VectorStock and rasterize with ImageScape (or something) to the size that you need. There are a lot there e.g. this one ... but this sort of thing would be seriously easy to do yourself.
