Floating point error...

Whenever I try to run an .exe I made (It compiles and links without an error), it crash with the debug error: "Floating point not loaded". This .exe used to run correctly but I accidently deleted my old project workspace and now, when I compile it in a ''default'' workspace, it just won''t run. What is this error all about? Is there something I need to set in my workspace? (I work with VC++ 6.0)

MSVC doesn''t load the floating point stuff unless it can easily tell that you''ll use it. Put some code like this at the beginning of the program:

#ifdef _MSC_VER
float dummy = 0.0f;
#endif

Hopefully the board doesn''t mangle that, if it does you should still be able to tell what it means. That''s the solution I found in the MSDN a while back.
