Okay, here''s my problem... What you right click on a windows folder and go to "customize this folder" it lets you edit the accual html that makes the folder. It then leaves 2 files, a folder.htt and a desktop.ini (both are hidden) Anyway, i''m trying to make a program that will edit that html file but if you just put copies of them in the folder it treats them like real files, not as the data that makes the folder. Does anyone know why this is? I don''t know much about how folders work but they seem to be able to take up no memory, even though they have names, properties, ect. When i change folders there doesn''t seem to be any other files modified either. If somone knows a way to be able to open them like files or anything like that it would really help me out.

Well, i''ve figured out a little about how it works and it seems to write wether or not to use the html file as the sorce for the folder inside the folder. Right now i''m looking for a command to move or copy a folder to another directory so if anyone knows please post.

Thanks!
