Anybody know of a program that allows easy to make levels, and for free? This would be of great assistance to me. Thank you. School sucks, people suck, family sucks, life sucks, reality sucks... When all else fails, Playstation prevails...

Depends on what you want to make levels for.

2d-wise you´re probably going to have to write your own level editing tool (simple tile-based engines arent that hard to edit), in the 3d area there´s lots of different stuff around.. UnrealEd for Unreal based mods (powerful and complex), Worldcraft for all Quake-derivatives (a classic), and you´re probably not going to get around Max for advanced editing.
