ChrisE: 1- As I see you you didn't post the RC2 announce in the website so is this mean that you have a huge update so you don't have time for website update? 2- I check the trial version the PowerRender and I have some Question: A - As I know there is a different device behavior in DirectX like: -D3DCREATE_HARDWARE_VERTEXPROCESSING | D3DCREATE_PUREDEVICE -D3DCREATE_HARDWARE_VERTEXPROCESSING -D3DCREATE_MIXED_VERTEXPROCESSING -D3DCREATE_SOFTWARE_VERTEXPROCESSING so are you use them all? B - I already start to develop my own engine and I like PowerRender engine so can I mixed powerrender with my engine? (Note: my engine written in C++ and DirectX8). 1) Yes. The update addresses some of the issues that people talked about last week.

2) PR uses all of them except pure device.

B) If you want to mix custom D3D code with PR you should start with PR first, since it sets up all the Direct3D interfaces, video mode etc. Once you have the engine initialized you can call whatever Direct3D functions you like in another C++ file.

Very nice to mix my engine with yours but can you tell me why don''t you use the pure device and can I add it to my game?

You can''t use some of the functions I need with pure device.
