Join a Game Development Team?

Hello all, I am 15 years old and have been learning C++ for a while now (not to long). I don''t consider myself advance, and I don''t consider myself a complete newbie. I use to program in Visual Basic but decided to take a risk and learn C++. I have bought many books from Learning C++, Isometric Game Programming, to Multiplayer Game Programming. I have made little programs which I declare as nothing compared to todays games. My goal here of developing this "team" is so I can really sit down and "try" to make a game that I can say I "completed". What I need right now is just programmers that are good enough to help me, and not the ones that have no knowledge at all. When I think of a name for the team, I will make a website. As soon as I get some people, I think we will start out with a very very simple RPG (with DX, probably 7). Just to get us going, and to say we "completed" something. Well I''m serious about this and I really want to get it going as soon as possible. If you would like to join I would sure like it if you would show some examples of your work.
