There are some creative nicknames around here. I don''t have one myself mostly due to a lack of imagination, and other reasons. Maybe you can inspire me, and tell me how you came up with yours. I also bet there are some pretty deep meanings behind some of those nicknames. I''m just dieing of curiosity. Show off your symbolic prowess !!! Guy

Mostly cause I greet everyone with a Michael Jackson style WOOOOOOOO! And just because of that people think I''m crazy.

I''m always given some project that''s doomed to fail because of lack of specification and clear direction along with the fact it was needed at least a week before I got it. Don''t make the mistake I made: Never ever pull magic out of your @$$, you''ll be expected to do it all the time. Cheers!

Hood -> H town UPT boyz representing .
Rat -> The highest form of life

I was influenced by the Ghetto you ruined.
NewDeal
NewDeal
Well, NewDeal, is a relic from my skating(board) days. Its the brand of my first board .

I find it very lame today though, but such things are hard to change.
Kwizatz
Kwizatz
Well, ever since I played Dune II, I have been a RTS fan, in the book its written Kwizats I believe, but I use Kwizatz because I am a huge Iron Maiden Fan, and in To Tame a Land, great song about dune, they spell it kwizatz, so 2 tributes in one .

I first used it in 96 or 97, and it kinda stuck with me, its a cool nick, and I dont see a reason to change it.
Densun
Densun
I do not like my user name anymore; I have become tired of it. The name just happened to pop into my head back when I got my Hotmail e-mail account. Densun does not have a meaning, but some people have thought of it as Den Sun or Dense One.

Now I have started to use my initials--mtw--for any user name I get.

Hikeeba
Hikeeba
I''m a MSTie and "Hikeeba!" was Tom Servo''s catch phrase.

I wanna'' ride on the pope mobile.
Nazrix
Nazrix
I just sorta made it up one day.

It works well because I use ''Nazrix'' for virtually everything and since I made it up I never have to worry about someone else already using that name.

Did you see her on that concert honoring the firemen in NY? That was one lucky fireman that got a hug from her

My nick has nothing to do with Catholic bishops, Chess, or football quarterbacks.

HTML_Dude
HTML_Dude
My nick is self explanatory, and I''ve never had anyone ask why I picked it. :D HTML was the first thing close to a programming language I ever used, and web development is my current area of expertise, so it stuck. Plus it''s very difficult to change your handle after using it for more than a few months. Causes all sorts of confusion.

Note: If you don''t know what HTML is... right.

When talking with my fellow gods, they decided my original name "jeffrey" sucked. I also lost a bet... so they sent me to live on this 'earth' and thundering from the heavens, they deemed my name to hence forth be Drakonite. And so it was.

[Edit]
Okay, so it didn't happen that way... there was no bet, i was just stupid enough to come here on my own... other than that it's true though.

My name?

Well, I''m kind of embarassed to say this but I haven''t *actually* made a game yet. Yeah, I made cheesy demos and a little guy running around chucking daggers at these unanimated blobby enemies... but no, I haven''t made a game yet.

The idea was that I''d get one game out. Then another. And soon I would have earned my name. But that hasn''t happened.

Maybe I need to change my name.

Gaiiden
Gaiiden
My name is nothing at all special, although it does relate to my racial background. I''m part Japanese and it''s my most favorite culture (visiting Japan earlier this year was an awesome experience). I''m a martial artist and gymnast so naturally I''ve studied up on Ninjitsu. When i wanted a name I thought of the old Nintendo game Ninja Gaiden and added in an extra "i"

Anyways I may not have the most original name but I do have the longest sig. So there!

When I typed in my username for my first internet account (I think I was 13). I meant to type wayfarer (found in the trusty thesaurus for meaning traveller), but somehow I hit the x before I hit enter. I didn''t notice it until after I had finished, after that it just kinda stuck.
