Hey guys im new and althought i got the idea to make the game i need a team. Or a guy who can make it.

I just need someone to make it into a game. Im planning a very short version of a game. Think 3 stages.

I got the story ready and how the game is. Turn based in combat.

What i want is how much would this cost and how many other members will i need.

Im planning to show it via android format.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your questions are too vague to have meaningful answers. If you can give more specific information about it then perhaps someone can help.

Do you intend to use a pre-existing game engine (Unity, etc) or do you want someone to code everything from scratch?

What time-frame do you envision for completion of the project (one person can do everything if there's enough time)?

Do you need 3D modelers, or pixel artists?

Do you want music composers or you going to license music?

That info would help to start with.

I think you may be in the wrong place for recruitment. Why don't you actually write out all of the specifics of your game -- in detail -- and then try the classifieds. Offer cash on the barrelhead and somebody will likely take it. Viola!

Well, it's kind of specific, really. "I want to pay people to make my Android game. How much money do I need?"

What i want is how much would this cost and how many other members will i need.

It just smacks with so much confused ambiguity (and lack of question marks) that it is easy to miss it.

For the game engine it would have to say thw one they use in the game brave frontier.

Pixel artist are needed and not much music since all we have to show is how it will play.

Time frame, what would be the best time so there wont be much pressure and the work doesnt come out rushed.

I looked Brave Frontier up. Their development site is in Japanese, so I couldn't read it, but cocos2d-x was written in English, so there's a good chance that was the engine used to make it.
