My team and I are creating a Strategy game and need the help of some more people. Due to that fact that it is our first project as a full team, we are of course unable to pay a team of 10 3D Modelers thousands of dollars. However, what we do plan to do is, when the project is completed and submitted to publishers, the revenue created by the game will then be distributed to each member depending on what role the member played in the creation of the game and how much time and effort the person worked on it.
Currently we have me, the project manager, 2 C++ programmer (one I know personally and is very talented), and 3 3D Modelers. We are currently in the need of the following:
Music Composition/Sound Effects
C++ Coders
Graphics
3D Modelers
Level Designers and Map Editor Developers
Multiplayer and Network Programmers
